ABOUT TREEMONT

Treemont is an idyllic Austin community of 130 single family homes situated just a few miles from downtown, Lady Bird Lake, and Zilker Park. The subdivision, which was established in 1984, has wooded lots and wide boulevards with sidewalks.    

Treemont is ideal for walking, with shops of all kinds nearby, including Trader Joe’s and Amy’s Ice Cream, which are near the north entrance of the neighborhood off Bee Caves Road. One of the community’s best amenities is Treemont Park, where neighborhood events are held regularly and residents often gather to socialize, play with their dogs, and enjoy the playground. Eanes Creek, a “wet weather creek”, runs through the neighborhood.   

The area is zoned to award-winning Eanes ISD schools – Cedar Creek Elementary, Hill Country Middle, and Westlake High – all of which are close by.   Treemont enjoys easy access to Loop 1 (MoPac) via Liberty Park Dr and is just 13 miles from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
